One-to-One Yoga at
Blossom Sky Wellbeing

 

Whether you are interested in gentle Restorative or Yin,

Slow flow, a faster Vinyasa flow, or to explore chair

yoga, we can find what is comfortable and beneficial

for you.

 

You will be guided you through stretches and poses

(asanas), meditation, breathwork (pranayama) and

mantra to suit you, combining this with my extensive

knowledge of bodywork.

 

Your unique experience at Blossom Sky Wellbeing

can include deepening the holistic experience with

therapies such as reiki energy healing, massage,

reflexology, or a combination!

I am fully insured with the Federation of Holistic Therapies to teach yoga.

A slower-paced class beginning with Hatha flow, followed by Yin yoga with long holds, satisfying stretches, guided meditation and energy healing to nourish body, mind and spirit.

  • Relax into therapeutic and restorative yoga poses.

  • Learn tips on Ayurvedic daily self-massage 'abhyanga' with warmed herbal oils to promote wellbeing.
